Operation and Control

üThe control panel is equipped with an electronic dual loop temperature controller to set and control the temperature of the enclosure and bubble tower.

üThe salt spray box is heated by heaters at the bottom and around the box, while completely preventing corrosive gases from entering the corrosion control components inside the box.

üThe bubble tower used for wetting compressed air is equipped with an invasive heater.

üThe water level inside the bubble tower can be automatically added through a connecting pipe, or manually injected (optional for a fee).

üBy using peristaltic pumps and pressure regulating valves to adjust the flow rate of saline and the pressure of compressed air, uniform salt spray settling can be ensured.

üFault alarm function; Maintenance personnel can directly see the input and output status on the operation interface. It is of great help to maintenance personnel during repairs.
